5. 自动检测系统   自动断布检测，自动故障报警，自动长度、速度计数，气动元件自动离合等自动控制，减少操作者劳动强度。

6．收、放料采用双工位交换式或单工位电动提升式，采用气涨式料轴装卸原料或成品，操作方便快捷，提高工作效率。
